“钱氏女科”为浙江“四大”妇科流派之一，世居绍兴石门槛，故又称“石门槛女科”。南宋初，小康王赵构驻跸绍兴，后宫嫔妃染疾，钱氏常被请入宫中诊治。由此声名大振，求医之人出现了排队就诊的现象。钱氏家门口有条很气派的石门槛，为保证每位患者都能得到细心诊治，钱氏规定了每天就诊的人数以排到家门口设置的石门槛为限。于是，石门槛就成了钱氏妇科的代名词，后来则成了地名。

有趣的是，钱氏先人钱郎中并非专治妇科，且医术平庸，生意清淡。有一年年三十，为躲避债主，钱郎中一大早就躲在了府山上面。无意中遇到两个正在下棋的老太公。他在观战时惊动了对弈者，气得两位老人收起残局匆匆离去，留下了屁股下两张新鲜的荷叶。岁尾残冬，怎会有新鲜的荷叶？看来这两个老太公不是常人。天色渐深，钱郎中便收起荷叶回家过年了。

大年初一，一阵急促的敲门声惊醒了他，原来府台夫人身患急病，想请他过府诊治。钱郎中硬着头皮来到府衙，把过脉以后，他还是没看出病症。回家抓药时，由于缺少药引，他顺手将荷叶撕了手掌大一块，剪成三份，分别放在三帖药中，让差人带回。因为心里没底，于是提心吊胆地过了三日。第四日早上，差人兴冲冲进来报告说，府台夫人已经痊愈，府台大人还送上纹银十两致谢。

一时间，慕名求医者从早到晚络绎不绝。两张荷叶用光以后，为了保持名声，钱郎中发愤苦研妇科。苍天不负有心人，终于医术大进，成为一代名医。

"Gynecology of the Qians" is one of Zhejiang's "Four Major Gynecology Branches”, since the Qian Family has lived in Shaoxing Shimenkan for generations, it is also called "Shimenkan Gynecology". During the Southern Song Dynasty, the king Zhao Gou fled to Shaoxing, and his harem infected gynecological disease. The Qians was often invited to the palace for treatment. As a result, their reputation became so good that people seeking medical treatment appeared to line up for treatment. There is a magnificent stone threshold at the door of Qian's house. In order to ensure that every patient can receive careful diagnosis and treatment, the Qians stipulated that the number of people who visit each day should be limited to the stone threshold set at the door of the house. As a result, Shimenkan, literally means “stone threshold”, became the symbol of the Qians gynecology, and gradually became a place name.

Interestingly, the Qian's ancestor, Doctor Qian, did not specialize in gynecology, and his medical skills were mediocre with few patients. One day on Chinese new year’s eve, Doctor Qian hid on Fushan early in the morning in order to avoid creditors. Inadvertently he encountered two old men who were playing chess. He alarmed the players while watching the game, and the two old men got angry and left in a hurry, leaving two fresh lotus leaves under their buttocks. How could there be fresh lotus leaves at the end of the winter? It seemed that the two old men were not ordinary people. As the sky got darker, Doctor Qian took the lotus leaf and went home for the New Year.

On the first day of the Chinese new year, a sudden knock on the door awakened him. It turned out that the Municipal governor’s wife was suffering from a sudden illness and wanted to ask him to go to the palace for treatment. Doctor Qian summoned up courage and went to the government office. After taking the pulse, he still didn't see the symptoms. When he went home to grab the medicine, due to the lack of the guiding herbs, he tore a large piece of the lotus leaf in his palm, cut it into three parts, put them in the three medicines bags, and asked the messenger to bring them back. Then he spent three days in dread, because he was not sure if the medicine could work or not.

On the morning of the fourth day, a messenger rushed in and reported that governor’s wife had recovered, and the governor sent him a good deal of silver for appreciation.

All of a sudden, people flocked to seek medical treatment from morning to night. After the two pieces of lotus leaves were used up, in order to maintain his reputation, Doctor Qian worked hard to study gynecology. God helps those who help themselves, and finally he made great advances in medical skills and became a famous doctor of generations.

전씨 부인과는 절강성 4대 부인과 유파의 하나로, 대대로 소흥돌문 내에 살았기 때문에 돌문 부인과라고도 불린다. 남송(南宋) 시대 소강왕(小康王) 조구(趙構)가 소흥으로 피난왔을 때, 후궁(後宮)이 병을 앓자 전씨(錢氏)가 입궁하여 치료하였다. 이 때부터 유명세를 타면서 진료를 받으려는 사람들이 줄을 서서 기다리게 되었다. 전씨 집 앞에는 위풍있는 돌문이 있었는데 환자 개개인이 세심한 진료를 받을 수 있도록 하루 진료 인원을 집 앞부터 돌문까지 줄을 선 인원으로 제한했다. 그리하여 돌문은 전씨 부인과의 상징이 되었고 후에는 지명이 되었다.

흥미로운 것은 전씨 선조인 전랑중은 전문 부인과 의원이 아닌 데다 의술도 평범하여 그를 찾는 환자도 많지 않았다는 것이다. 전랑중은 그가 서른이 되던 어느 해 빚쟁이를 피해 아침 일찍 부산 위에 몸을 숨겼다. 우연히 바둑을 두고 있는 두 노인을 발견하고는 옆에서 구경을 하다 조심치 못하게 인기척을 냈다. 그 바람에 두노인이 화를 내며 급히 자리를 떴는데 깔고 앉았던 푸른 연잎을 두 장을 남겼다. 전랑중은 ‘늦겨울인데 어찌 푸른 연잎이 있단 말인가? 이 두 노인은 분명 보통 사람이 아닌 것 같다.’라고 생각했다. 날이 어두어져 전랑중은 연꽃잎을 들고 집으로 돌아가 설을 쇠었다.

정월 초하루 다급히 문 두드리는 소리에 놀라서 깼는데, 관아 어르신의 부인이 병이 나 치료를 청하였다. 이에 전랑중은 기세등등한 표정으로 관아로 갔으나 맥을 짚어 보아도 무슨 병인지 도무지 알 수 없었다. 집으로 돌아와 약을 지을 때 약재가 부족하자, 그는 손이 가는 대로 연잎을 잡아 손바닥만한 크기로 세 조각을 잘라 세 첩의 약에 넣어 관아의 심부름 꾼을 시켜 가져가도록 했다. 그는 자신의 처방에 자신이 없어 조마조마하며 사흘을 보냈다. 나흘 째 되던 날 아침, 관아의 심부름 꾼이 헐레벌떡 뒤어와 알리길 부인의 병이 이미 완쾌 되었으며 이에 관아 어르신께서 은자 십량을 보내어 감사를 표한다고 전하였다.

그로부터 새벽부터 밤까지 그를 찾는 병자들의 발길이 끊이질 않았다. 연잎 두 장이 다 떨어진 후에도 이 명성을 지키기 위해 전랑중은 더욱 의술에 정진하였다. 하늘은 뜻이 있는 자를 저버리지 않는다고 하였던가 마침내 전랑중의 의술이 크게 발전하여 한 시대의 명의가 되었다고 한다.

「銭氏婦人科」は浙江省の四大婦人科流派の一つであり、紹興「石敷居」に住んでいるため、「石敷居婦人科」とも呼ばれている。南宋時代、小康王趙構は紹興に避難し、後宮後妃が病気にかかり、銭氏はよく宮中に招かれて診療された。これにより名声が高まり、受診者が並んで受診するようになった。銭氏の家の前には立派な石の敷居があり、患者一人一人が十分に診療されるように、銭氏は毎日診察を受ける人数を家の前に設置された石の敷居までに並ぶことに制限するようにした。そのため、石敷居は銭氏婦人科の代名詞となり、後に地名となった。

　面白いことに、銭氏の先人である銭郎中は婦人科を専門に治療したわけではなく、医術は普通で、診療を受けに来る人も少ない。ある大晦日、債権者を避けるため、銭郎中は朝早くから府山の上に隠れていた。ふと二人の碁をしている老人に出会った。彼は試合を観戦している間にこの二人の老人を驚かせ、怒らせた。最後に老人たちは慌ただしく立ち去り、尻の下に2枚の新鮮なハスの葉を残した。年の暮れの冬に，どうして新鮮なハスの葉があるだろうか。どうやらこの2人の老人は普通の人ではないようだ。夜がだんだん深くなると、銭郎中はハスの葉をしまって家に帰って正月を過ごした。

正月一日、急なノックの音が彼を目覚めさせた。府衙の夫人が急病にかかっていたので、彼に府衙で診察してもらおうとしたのだ。銭郎中は無理をして府衙に来て診療したが、彼はやはり病気を診断できなかった。家に帰って薬を調合する時、副薬が不足していたので、彼はついでにハスの葉を手のひらの大きさに引き裂いて、3つに切って、それぞれ3つの薬の中に入れて、差人に持ち帰らせた。心細いので、びくびくしながら三日を過ごした。四日目の朝、差人は興奮して入ってきて、府衙の夫人が全快したと報告し、お礼として10両（重さの単位）の銀貨を贈ってきた。

一時、その名を慕って診療を受けてくる人が朝から晩まで人通りが絶えなかった。2枚のハスの葉を使い果たした後、名声を保つため、銭郎中は婦人科に苦学した。努力は人を裏切らず、ついに医術が大きく進歩し、名医になった。
